He wasn’t killed by aliens.
He was killed by negligence.
He was murdered. By men.
Did he have enemies? Someone who’d stand to gain from his death?
Did this man’s family ever get justice? Was there even a single investigation into this ‘systems failure’?
Maybe after we’d defeated the aliens, we needed to take a good hard look at ourselves.
