As a very rough approximation, if Earth has a radius of 6378 km and Olympus Mons is 22 km high, you could see the peak, if there were no obstructions, 530 km away as the crow flies. As a rough estimate, if the peak of Olympus Mons were in Pittsburgh, you could see it in both New York and Chicago, and if it were in Zurich you could see it from Paris or Vienna.
If I could go to any place in the solar system, it’d probably be Olympus Mons.
